Saudi Arabia and the United States have strengthened their long-standing strategic ties by announcing a landmark Strategic Artificial Intelligence (AI) Partnership, described by both sides as a transformative step toward deepening cooperation in advanced technologies and economic security.
The joint statement followed the signing of the partnership by Saudi Minister of Foreign Affairs Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio. Both leaders hailed the agreement as a historic milestone that elevates bilateral relations into a new era shaped by innovation, technology, and mutual economic benefit.

Meanwhile, the partnership will also draw upon the United States’ extensive technology ecosystem, recognized as a global engine of growth.
Both countries emphasized that the AI partnership will enhance cooperation between Saudi and American companies working in future technologies. This collaboration is anticipated to spur innovative solutions across key sectors, including health, education, energy, mining, and transportation.
