Saudi Arabia’s King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) has extended emergency food assistance to flood-affected families in Jalalabad, Nangarhar Province, distributing 49 food baskets to 49 families.
The assistance benefited 343 people and was delivered as part of the food security and emergency project targeting flood-affected communities in the central, eastern, and southeastern regions of Afghanistan.
The relief effort forms part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s continuing humanitarian programmes implemented through KSrelief to provide support to the Afghan people and help ease their suffering.
