The Financial Academy Forum 2025 will commence tomorrow at the King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD), uniting senior government officials, financial leaders, and global experts to explore the evolving role of innovation, artificial intelligence, and leadership in shaping Saudi Arabia’s financial future.
Held under the patronage of Mohammed bin Abdullah Elkuwaiz, Chairman of the Capital Market Authority and Chairman of the Financial Academy’s Board of Trustees, the forum’s theme, “We Innovate to Empower,” underscores the Academy’s mission to drive transformation through human capital development and digital innovation in line with Vision 2030.
Financial Academy CEO and Forum Chair Mana bin Mohammed AlKhamsan said this year’s event marks a major step toward strengthening national talent and institutional readiness. “We are launching targeted initiatives in banking, securities, and insurance to align workforce capabilities with global standards and the Kingdom’s financial transformation goals,” he noted.
The two-day event will also see the signing of strategic cooperation agreements between the Academy and major financial institutions to promote advanced training programs and leadership development.
Forum discussions will center around three key themes: institutional leadership in a changing environment, sustainable strategies for developing leadership talent, and human capital in the age of artificial intelligence. Senior representatives from the Saudi Central Bank, Alinma Bank, MedGulf Insurance, STC Bank, and international organizations such as CII, CISI, and CFA Institute are among the featured speakers.
A highlight of this year’s edition is the launch of the “Al-Inmaa” stage, an interactive initiative designed to engage youth, students, and financial professionals through workshops on digital innovation, financial literacy, and anti-fraud awareness. The initiative reflects the Academy’s vision of building a financially aware society equipped for the challenges of the digital economy.
The Financial Academy Forum is organized in collaboration with the Capital Market Authority, Saudi Central Bank, Insurance Authority, and Financial Sector Development Program, underscoring its role as a key platform supporting Saudi Arabia’s financial sector transformation under Vision 2030.
